Blog Supplemental: Monday

This just a few random things I thought I would post from Monday, where we really did nothing but rest.

Here is a picture of Canadian Dry. I was told you can't find it in Japan! Was nice to see. They also have fanta.

Here is me eating Natto and rice. Fermented soy beans. They stink and look gross, but for some reason I like them. In the picture you can hopefully see the spiderweb like strings they like to leave behind when you pick them up.

And here some pictures from a grocery store. You can see the rather unique Japanese shopping carts..a metal cart that you put your basket on basically as well as the meat department. Also some of the super tasty food you find at every grocery store that drives me nuts and finally a picture of some interesting 7 UP. I just thought the bottle was cool.
